The `Complete`Customer Experience
At Complete Windows, we do more than just sell windows.
Our showroom is a classroom, complete with demonstration walls. We have fully functioning windows for you to try out, and styles for you to see and compare. But that’s not all.
The Complete experience begins with a conversation with one of our friendly experts.
We know to ask all the important questions about your project. You will learn what your options are, what latest styles complement your decor, and which window functions and technologies will give you the most in convenience, weather protection and energy savings. We even explain what we will do to your home, so you can have confidence in every part of your project.
At first, you may not know where to start, but we will guide you. We are responsive to your curiosity and your concerns. There are no questions you can’t ask, and we back up our answers with data. That’s how we live up to our name.
The Complete experience will leave you with a feeling of confidence. Wasn’t that the main reason for your visit?
To make sure we have your full confidence in both the products you buy from us and the way they’re installed, we have you covered with 2 warranties.
First, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty that covers the product itself. Beyond that, we stand behind the caliber of our installations with a 5 year workmanship warranty*, which assures that proper installation techniques and materials are used on your project.
Providing you with premium quality products and superior service is pivotal to our commitment to you, your project, and the community we serve.
